CHAZAI WAMBA strengthens its team with the arrival of a new associate

We are delighted to welcome Dylan Dave TCHOUANKEU as a junior associate in the Firm.
Holder of a master’s degree in Business Litigation and Arbitration at the Catholic University of Central Africa (Yaoundé), he is currently preparing a thesis on the liability of a parent company in relation to its subsidiary.
His practice focuses on commercial agreements, corporate law, employment law, banking law, as well as financing transactions.
He is also active in the fields of restructuring and insurance.
Dylan speaks fluent French and English.
