Olivier Nouck has extensive experience in legal advisory services and in the management of pre-litigation, judicial, and administrative disputes. His diverse background, combining in-house experience (notably as Acting Head of Legal at Le Rocher SARL) and a rigorous practice within law firms (Ntamack, Nyemb), has enabled him to develop strong multidisciplinary expertise.
His areas of expertise cover a wide range of fields, including civil and commercial contract law, maritime transport litigation, banking and negotiable instruments litigation, administrative litigation, arbitration, labour law, law of obligations, and business criminal law.
Within the Firm, he handles complex cases before Cameroonian courts.
Olivier Nouck holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Douala. Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme, he is completing a dissertation on the civil liability of bankers in their role as credit providers.
His trilingual profile (French, English, and Spanish) is a major asset in supporting the Firm’s international clients.
