For the past ten years, Joliet Christian Nkem has dedicated his practice to providing legal and tax advisory services to private and public companies. He is mainly involved in investment projects, business acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate reorganizations.
Before joining the Firm, he worked at JMJ Africa, where he provided legal support for various investment projects and where he developed solid expertise in the extractive industries sector.
He also worked in the tax and legal department of Ernst & Young (EY) Cameroon, where he took part in comprehensive tax advisory engagements and tax due diligence, particularly in connection with capital markets transactions.
Joliet Christian Nkem holds a Master’s degree in Business Litigation and Arbitration from the Catholic University of Central Africa (Yaoundé).
He is fully proficient in both French and English.
