Céline Dimouamoua is Responsable Knowledge Management & Éditions

Céline Dimouamoua holds a Professional Master’s Degree in Business Law, a Research Master’s Degree in African Law, and a Ph.D. in Private Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She has several years of experience in arbitration law acquired while practicing at the law firm of Maître Marie-Andrée Ngwe.

She is the author of Preventing Corporate Distress under the Revised Uniform Act on Collective Proceedings (AUPC), published by LGDJ, as well as several legal articles featured in leading academic journals.

As Knowledge Manager, she oversees the Firm’s legal knowledge management and knowledge-sharing activities.

In this capacity, she contributes to the structuring and development of documentary resources and internal knowledge databases, coordinates legal and regulatory monitoring, and promotes the dissemination of knowledge and best practices across the Firm. She also supports the development of tools, content, and methodologies aimed at enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and strengthening its advisory and dispute resolution services.

In addition, she is involved in the organization and coordination of the Firm’s internal and external training programs and contributes to the development of capacity-building initiatives for the Firm’s lawyers, clients, and business partners.
