The rise of Islamic finance in the CEMAC Zone

Islamic finance belongs to Islamic economics (or « Islamic economic doctrine »), an economic doctrine distinguished by its own value system. Its integration into the CEMAC zone is a major step forward, but its implications need to be examined from a legal point of view.
